Because every magnet is personalized with your photos and pressed by hand, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind. Each order is made to order specifically for you.

If something's wrong, we fix it
We stand behind our craft completely. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll remake or refund it — your choice. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can help fast.

Before you order
You'll crop and preview every photo before checkout — what you see is exactly what we press. Please double-check your photos and any personalized text, since we print exactly what's submitted.

Cancellations
We start on orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible — we'll do our best before pressing begins, but can't guarantee changes once production starts.
